CFWW's Donna Lero delivered a keynote address at the X Effects Conference in Toronto on April 1, 2009. The conference, hosted by Women’s College Hospital’s Mental Health Program, focused on women, mental health and the workplace. The event was attended by clinicians, human resource professionals, corporate executives, policy makers, researchers, educators, healthcare workers and members of the public interested in women's mental health issues as they relate to the workplace. Dr. Lero's kicked off the conference with her address entitled: Perspectives on Women and Mental Health in the Workplace
